Description Production: Bombay Sapphire gin is made only from the best plants that grow in those regions where ideal conditions are created for their maturation: Saxony — angelica root, Spain — bitter almonds and lemon peel, Morocco — coriander, Indochina — cassia bark, Indonesia — cubeba root, West Africa — paradise grains, China — licorice, Tuscany — juniper berries.
All the components are mixed in such a way that not one of them dominates. Special caterhead cubes are used to prepare the distillate. Unlike other gins, during the production of Bombay Sapphire, Scottish wheat alcohol undergoes a separate double distillation, during the third distillation the alcohol passes through copper cubes containing a vegetable mixture.
