Description Production: Xenta absinthe is made from wormwood growing at an altitude of 2,000 meters in the Alps of Northern Italy, it is harvested in the final phase of flowering and leaves are used only in the upper part of the plant. The tincture of wormwood leaves is mixed with anise and coriander, and the resulting elixir is filtered.
Aroma: Rich, with tones of anise, notes of spices and herbs.
Taste: Softened wormwood-aniseed, with notes of licorice.
Gastronomy Xenta absinthe is wonderful both in its pure form and as a wonderful ingredient in cocktails. It goes well with orange and pineapple juices, lemonade and ice cream.
